Hans Witdouck
CEO & President Racktivity
Prior to joining Racktivity, Hans Witdouck was Managing Director for CISCO's Service Provider Video Business in EMEA. Hans Witdouck was responsible for the EMEA operation driving the SP video networking strategy and development. Hans Witdouck held responsibilities on Strategy, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Production, Supply Chain and G&A.
Prior to joining Cisco, Hans Witdouck was Director TV and Content at Telenet, the leading cable operator in Belgium. After completing the business case, Hans Witdouck became the first employee of Telenet. At Telenet he held several senior management positions running multi-disciplinary teams in engineering, operations and business development. During his 10 years at Telenet, Hans has been very instrumental in managing the company from start up to profitable growth. In his last assignment Hans was responsible for the launch of digital and interactive digital TV in Flanders.
Hans Witdouck graduated from University of Ghent (BE) in 1994 as Master in Electronic Engineering and holds management degrees from INSEAD and Vlerick School for Management.

Kris De Peuter
Vice President Operations & Manufacturing
Kris De Peuter is an APICS-certified supply chain professional with more than 10 years of experience in project and operational management, contract manufacturing, quality and after-sales support.
Prior to Racktivity Kris was Supply Chain Manager for INEWIT, a Belgian start-up company, where he built a greenfield supply chain organization.
Previously he had a 10-year career with Agfa Healthcare managing customer service, supply chain and quality in Europe, focusing on cost-efficiency and profitability.
Kris holds a degree in Communication Sciences.
Wilbert Ingels
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Wilbert Ingels is an accomplished executive and technologist with over 16 years of experience in the IT/Telecom industry. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of A-server, a leading cloud infrastructure company. Racktivity was inspired by Wilbert and reflects the culmination of his extensive data center experience in the U.S. and Europe.
Previously, Wilbert was Vice President of Sales, Senior Vice President, managed hosting and COO of Terremark Europe. He also held positions as the Sales Director and European Director of Business Development at Level 3 Communications, and was the Sales Director of Netcom Solutions.
Wilbert received his Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Brussels.

Nicolas Hecq
Sales Director
Before joining Racktivity Nicolas built a deep international sales experience in various industries and types of companies. Starting his career at Menarini, one of Italy's largest pharmaceutical companies, he later joined Elias, a Catholic University of Leuven library software spin off as International Business Partner Manager. After that he worked for industry leading companies such as Pitney Bowes, Dell and Emailvision.
As Sales Director at Racktivity Nicolas is responsible for driving the sales & marketing team, the End Customer contact and deploying a full indirect sales channel partnering with VADs, VARs, Strategic Partners and OEM Partners.
A Catholic University of Leuven Alumni, Nicolas holds a Master Degree in Biomedical Sciences.

Niko Vinken
Chief Hardware Architect
Niko Vinken's career as a leading technologist includes a variety of roles such as computer science engineer, director of R & D, and hardware architect. He has worked at Racktivity since its inception, first as the Director of R & D and now as Chief Hardware Architect.
Prior to Racktivity, Niko worked as a software developer for Materialise NV, a highly-recognized worldwide provider of innovative software solutions.
Niko earned a Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and undergraduate degree in High Frequency Electronics and Industrial Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende, having graduated with honors.
He is multi-lingual in Dutch, English, French with a working knowledge of German.
Niko is an accomplished musician and volunteers as a sea rescuer and trainer.
Jakub Slocki
VP Engineering
Jakub Slocki is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in software development, project management and team management. His background comes mainly from online, e-commerce and telecom solutions.
Prior to Racktivity he was Head of Technology at iLoop Mobile Inc. - US mobile marketing services provider, and played key role in setting up and running its development center in Krakow, Poland.
He also worked as CTO, Managing Director at Spreadshirt Polska, subsidiary of Sprd.net - online personalized apparel provider. Before that also worked as Software Development Manager at Onet.pl - largest internet portal in Poland.
He focuses on simplicity of human-machine interaction as technology is for humans, not the opposite.
